Production & Processing Times
Our standard made-to-order production timeframe is estimated at 1–7 business days from order placement.
Priority production, when available, is estimated at 1–3 business days and may require an additional fee.
These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Actual production times may vary depending on order quantity, design complexity, material availability, and atelier capacity.
Business days exclude weekends and United States federal holidays.
Should we anticipate that production may extend beyond our standard timeframe, we will notify you as soon as we become aware of the potential delay.
Where applicable law requires additional notice, customer consent, cancellation options, or refunds for delayed shipment, those requirements will apply.

Shipping & Delivery
La Maison Femme Fatale currently offers shipping within the United States.
Standard and expedited shipping options may be available during checkout.
Complimentary two-day shipping is available on eligible orders of $150 or more.
Shipping transit times begin after an order has been completed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Expedited shipping does not expedite garment production.
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
International orders may be considered individually upon request.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because many of our garments are made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase.
Customers may request a voluntary cancellation within 12 hours of order placement.
Cancellation requests are reviewed individually and cannot be guaranteed.
After this period, voluntary cancellations are generally not accepted.
Requests to modify an existing order are subject to production status and feasibility.
These restrictions do not affect any cancellation, refund, or other rights available under applicable consumer protection laws, including those relating to defective, incorrect, delayed, or unfulfilled orders.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, returns and exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preferences are generally not accepted.
