We understand that sometimes things don't go quite as expected. Whether you have a question about your order, a concern with your creation, or simply need a little guidance, we're here to help.
Below, you'll find everything you need to know about our returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges
As our garments are thoughtfully produced to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preferences.
This policy applies to our made-to-order collections, including garments purchased in standard sizing.
We encourage customers to consult our size guide and review all product details before purchasing.

Exceptions may be considered at our discretion. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Custom & One-of-One Creations
Custom-sized garments, personalized designs, and one-of-one creations are produced according to individual specifications or unique design considerations.
These creations are considered final sale with respect to voluntary returns and exchanges, including changes of mind or personal preferences.
This designation does not affect your rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misrepresented products.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, customization requests, and other relevant information.
We recommend reviewing all measurements and design specifications carefully before confirming a custom order.
Where a garment arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the agreed specifications, we will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Orders
We take great care in preparing every creation. However, should your order arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make things right.
We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receipt if you notice any damage, defects, or discrepancies. This allows us to review and address concerns as promptly as possible.
If you discover an issue after this period, please still contact us. The suggested reporting timeframe does not limit your rights or remedies under applicable consumer protection laws.

Our team will review the information and may request additional details to determine an appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, resolutions may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund.
Customers will not be required to bear return shipping costs for verified errors or defects attributable to La Maison Femme Fatale.
Nothing in this policy restricts statutory remedies or consumer rights.
Sizing & Fit
We understand that fit is deeply personal.
Our standard sizing is intended to provide guidance, though individual preferences, body proportions, and garment construction may influence how a piece feels when worn.
We encourage customers to consult our size guide and consider the specific design and intended fit of each garment before purchasing.
Where available, custom sizing may be selected for an additional fee.
Please ensure that all submitted measurements are accurate. We cannot guarantee alterations, exchanges, or refunds for garments produced according to measurements incorrectly provided by the customer.
If you are uncertain about your size or require additional guidance, we welcome you to contact us before ordering.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
As production may begin shortly after an order is placed, modifications and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of order placement and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
After this period, voluntary cancellations are no longer accepted.
Requests to modify sizing, materials, or customization details are subject to production status and feasibility.

These restrictions do not affect cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law, including those relating to delayed or unfulfilled orders.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued for approved cancellations, qualifying product concerns, unfulfilled orders, or other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.
When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Where applicable law establishes specific refund methods or deadlines, those requirements will take precedence.
Any applicable refund amount, including shipping charges where required, will be determined according to the circumstances and relevant consumer protection laws.
Return Authorization & Shipping
Please contact our customer support team before returning any merchandise.
If a return is authorized, we will provide instructions regarding the appropriate return procedure and shipping arrangements.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Customers should not send merchandise to an address obtained independently without first receiving return instructions.
For verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items attributable to the Maison, reasonable return shipping arrangements will be provided at no cost to the customer.
For any discretionary return or exchange, applicable conditions and shipping responsibilities will be communicated before authorization.
Vintage & Pre-Loved Creations
Pieces offered through Le Revival may include vintage, pre-loved, reclaimed, or thoughtfully refreshed garments and accessories.
These pieces may exhibit characteristics consistent with their age, history, and previous use.
Where applicable, we will make reasonable efforts to disclose significant signs of wear, imperfections, alterations, or other relevant condition details within the product description.
Because many vintage and pre-loved pieces are unique, exchanges for an identical item may not be possible.
Returns or exchanges for changes of mind are generally not accepted unless otherwise stated on the product page.
This does not affect your rights if an item is materially misdescribed, defective beyond its disclosed condition, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
As our garments are thoughtfully produced to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. For this reason, order cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Floral Arrangements & Other Offerings
Products and services offered through Les Fleurs may be subject to additional conditions relating to perishability, availability, customization, delivery, and cancellations.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, certain arrangements may not be eligible for voluntary returns or exchanges once prepared or delivered.
Any applicable cancellation deadlines, substitution practices, delivery conditions, or refund restrictions will be disclosed before purchase.
If an arrangement arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was agreed upon, please contact us promptly so we can review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in these supplemental conditions limits rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
Cancellation requests submitted within this timeframe will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If production has not yet commenced, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
After 12 hours, voluntary order cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Requests to modify an order, including changes to sizing, design specifications, or other details, will be reviewed individually. Approved modifications may affect production timelines and pricing.
Custom commissions and one-of-one creations may be subject to separate cancellation terms, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
Nothing in this policy limits cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law, including those relating to delayed, unfulfilled, defective, or otherwise noncompliant orders.
