Production Times
Standard production is estimated at 1–7 business days from order placement.
Priority production, when available, is estimated at 1–3 business days for an additional fee.
Production times may vary depending on order quantity, design complexity, material availability, and atelier capacity. These estimates exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Should we anticipate a delay beyond the estimated production timeframe, we will notify you via email as soon as we become aware of it.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States, offering standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
Complimentary two-day shipping is available on eligible orders of $150 or more.
Shipping transit times begin once your completed order has been transferred to the carrier and are separate from production timelines.
Expedited shipping does not expedite production.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, returns and exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preferences are generally not accepted.
Custom-sized garments, personalized designs, and one-of-one creations are considered final sale with respect to voluntary returns and exchanges.
Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Orders
Should your creation arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@lamaisonfemmefatale.com with your order number and relevant details.
We encourage you to report concerns within 7 days of delivery to allow us to assist you promptly. This suggested timeframe does not limit your rights under applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund.
Order Cancellations
As production may begin shortly after purchase, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of order placement and are reviewed individually.
After this period, voluntary cancellations are no longer accepted.
Refunds
